This zero fighter (A6M2b) took me a week to build (this is probably the longest time I have made an airplane).
Because I want to build him closer to the real Zero fighter, although I have released my zero fighter now, I still feel that some settings are not the same, but I think I have tried my best. (May be revised in the future)
hint:
Mph for speed: ft for height
His top speed is around 260 (2000)
The minimum landing speed is around 170 (when engine 22 is around)
I think (I am not a professional):
Climbing speed: not very good (can't climb up when the angle is above 30)
Turning performance: good, but can't last long.
Difficulty of landing: average (but if there is no regular landing, it will be difficult to land)
Combat strength: Not strong, there is no maneuverability of the real Zero fighter, but the cannon is very strong (feel like I built an attack fighter)
Regular landing guide:
1- Find the landing target and aim at the forefront of the runway, and turn on all landing equipment.
2- Adjust the engine output to 30 and lower the altitude to the target altitude and 1000-200 higher, and adjust the flaps to make the plane level.
3- Very close to the runway (about 1mi): adjust the engine output to 20 or lower (as long as you can control the flight), the flight altitude drops to the target altitude and is higher than the target 300-50 (and gradually decreases with the distance from the target To 50) Align to the middle of the runway (if the runway is like the aircraft carrier, align to the forefront).
4- Already landing on the runway: turn off the engine output, control the plane to fly level ,and then brake.
5- Successful landing.
The flight of this plane is very simple, even if you do not deliberately control him to get him right, he can fly. You only need to adjust the flaps half way down or keep pulling the tail control.
Tip: The flaps are fully opened to reduce the speed, suitable for use when the flight path is not long.
