the takeoffs are smooth but once i pitch down the plane enters and uncontrollable tumble, i have went to YouTube and Google and found nothing.

I just uploaded my fixed version of this under "planemuffin8362 delta wing" . The main problem you were having was your centers of thrust(yellow), lift(blue), and mass(red) were too close to each other. I removed the front two engines to bring the CoT to the back (jet engines are tricky and need to be on the same X axis to work properly). I decreased the size of the main wings to move the CoL to be between the CoT and CoM and gave the canards(the front wings) lift to help with the delta wing design. I then added fuel to the front sections of fuselage to bring the CoM forward to give the plane more balance. I didnt add anything else to the plane, just made it flyable so you can keep designing it. I like the design and good luck!
