TELETS 155mm SPH System
Year of Introduction: 2007
LORE
The Royal Russian Land Forces is currently the largest artillery user in the world, falling behind it is the United States of America. As a war tactic, distant attacks are what the Russians prefer more than tank battles or close quarter combats due to the sheer size of their equipment and its weight.
Just like what the Russians proposed, a 155mm self propelled howitzer was made for them with the requirements of delivering a total of 10kg of explosive mass, 50 round ammunition capacity and an advanced targeting system was delivered. It uses the Oshkosh Ramitry Infantry Truck for its platform slightly modified to be taller in order for its bumper to not be damaged while traversing a bumpy road. Introduced in August 2007, it has been manufactured for 568 times and a total of only three countries operate it due to its expensive cost. Although it has faced numerous battles the past 5 years, the SPH is still facing problems such as reliability problems when its cannon is fired for the 23rd time.
