Auto Credit Based on eboyken's Double-Slotted Inboard Flaps Airliner Concept
The goal of this project is to accurately simulate the physics of a mid-size commercial airliner (~75,000 lbs MTOW). Model features inboard and outboard flaps deployed via VTOL controls. Normal takeoff is 90-95% power with flaps deployed halfway. Optimal climb is 80-90% power at 250-300mph. Glide path is key on approach: 45-55% power at 190-200mph with full flaps. A proper approach will allow for a safe full stop on the Wright Isles North Runway.
