fiction.bacon.ca The 651st bomb group was a two-plane operation, the smallest in the war. It was based in Tanel, an airfield used mostly for fighters. It had two planes, spirit and avus. It was used as subsitutes in most big operations. The planes are both Schenker SE10 Fireworm Mk1 special’s with customised noses for identification.
