@Edwinatrt Nice, thank, for helping me. You did a very great job on improving my car.
@BoiBoicleetus69 I think I got it. Just let me...
@Edwinatrt Yeah I think get what you mean, when the car is going full speed the front wheels cant turn because of the downward force, right? Maybe there could be 2 different trims of the car, one for top speed and one for lower speed cornering.
@BoiBoicleetus69 Okay. So after a couple of test, I managed to create down force. The solution is adding structural panels instead of structural wings; this will add weight but will not interact both wing physics and drag. So in order to create down force will depend of the drag; by increasing or moderate de drag will make enough down force without slowing down much speed. However there's also problem. If the speed is too high, steering the vehicle will be complicate. This a caused by an unbalanced force; the rear wheel is quite big ( will take time to accelerate and will be more easy to steering the vehicle) but when the rear wheel catch his max speed. The front wheel won't be able to move sideways. This is what it calls "dominant":example
(3^2A-3B) If the where no ^2 the result would be 0
9A-3B=-6A and the A is biger so he is dominant. But the if ^2 is lowered to ^1; both A and B will not be biger than the other.
You get me right?
@Edwinatrt Hmm, im not sure what would work then, I cant think of anything else.
@BoiBoicleetus69 I inverted all the structural wings, when the moment of the test; the result was: " when inverting a wing, the game will still count as a (1=up force) instead of counting as a (-1=down force) .
@Edwinatrt Maybe an inverted wing could be used for down force, i haven't tried that before though so idk.
Nope. It didn't work.
@BoiBoicleetus69
What if we add more weight without increasing the drag? Will it work?
Looks great and is fairly fast but it still has quite a bit of under-steer.
