Rocker Shortstop/Mk 40
The Rocker Shortstop is a Paternian four-barreled pepperbox revolver designed to provide a cheaper alternative to more traditional revolvers such as the Rocker Top-Break and Carlton Model 82. It came in three versions: .357 Magnum/.38 Special, .44 Magnum/.44 Special, and .45 Colt/.410 Bore. The pistol was reasonably successful. However, it's greatest success came in 1971, when the Paternian Navy wanted an underwater pistol. Experiments with .38 Special M82 revolvers with supercavitating bullets were successful, but a weapon of greater effectiveness was desired. The Paternian Navy ordered 200 Rocker Shortstop in .410 bore were ordered with anti-corrosion finishes to employ .410 bore multi-environment supercavitating slugs. These were issued to frogmen for personal defense against enemy frogmen or unmanned underwater vehicles. The Rocker Shortstop was most famously employed by Paternian astronauts as defense against hostile astronauts; the exiled Southern Confederacy's Space Program threatened to kill Paternian astronauts. It was decided to arm them with these pistols since they were suitable for operation in bulky suits. This particular model is in .45 Colt/.410 Bore, not unlike the Paternian Navy contract.

Oh... @Pilotmario
No. Just the shape. @TemDesBur
Well I assumed the bullets burned solid rocket fuel due to its super cavitation properties @Pilotmario
@TemDesBur More like a large COP .357.
so its like a quad barrelled gyrojet?
