If you are attempting a small aircraft carrier or just want a launch system for all your planes that don't have landing gear, this is the design for you (if it's a small plane). VTOL up at a reasonable speed and ag1 to launch. If it breaks you are going too fast, if it doesnt break then go faster and faster until you find the tipping point where it will nearly explode but not quite. Good luck...
