The New Portum Government is experiencing troubles with rogue settlements pillaging their supplies. So a colonial guard presence was established. This is the logistics HQ of the Colonial Guard, christened "Echo Mountain". As it's name suggests, it was built into the side of a mountain. This mountain, known as mount Hades,is a perilous hell to climb. This allows the building's rear to be protected. The entrance is surrounded by a wall impervious to small-arms fire and some rockets, as well as a laser gate. The building is also a representation of New Portum's beliefs: the mountain is connected to the building. Nature connected to tech.
STRUCTURE:
•Has a series of communications antennae on the top of Mount Hades
•A variety of landing pads that allow both large and small space craft to land.

This is one of the most fortified buildings in the New Portum Colony.
