International Class-65 im calling it because it was designed to sail in 65mph of wind. This class has no length rules except for no useing fine-tuner to change MASS or DRAG, and when going for top speed run, you can not have more than 65mph of wind and the main sheet must not be of to windward. To start off, just put VTOL too max and wait until the boat speed is 50 knots. By that time, you should be foiling. then put VTOL to center. Top speed, 475 knots
