@RocketLL he needs to make sure that he is logged into Google Play with the same account that was used to purchase the game. Also, try clearing his Google Play cache.

Hey devs, my fellow Korean @KHH is having trouble with his Android SimplePlanes update. After he updated SP, the application(Process) ends abruptly. He says it seems like there was an error while installing the resource files and the .obb file is missing. So even though his game is a genuine version, he has to get the .obb file to run it...

Any help? Thanks.

심플플레인 업데이트 시키고 실행시키면

Simple Planes 애플리케이션(프로세스)이 예상치않게 중지 되었습니다. 다시 시도해 주세요

라고뜹니다 ‥ 알아보니 리소스 파일 받는중 오류가생기고‥파일 찾아보니 심플플레인 obb파일이 없구요‥
정품임에도 불구하고 딴분에게 그obb파일을 받아써야 심플 플레인이 실행이됩니다.

죄송하지만 ㅠㅜ 도와주세요‥
