It's a 0 fuel boat, that works by flapping it's "fins" like a fish. It's top speed is 320mph. And it has two very powerful guns that can sank the USS Beast, that it's angle can be controlled using the VTOL slides.
Best way to launch it is to glide from any final approach into the water, and you can start with speeds already over 300 mph ( don't flap when gliding! ).
