Lol ok, if that is your tactic, take a look at the black widow two and see what the vertical stablilizers apcan do for your manuverability. Just look at some google images @LavaFoxZ

Wow! For a quick build it is really smooth and stable. It is also very changeable, and all in all, i really love it! I would suggest using less neon colors though, and trying non-modded engines, it works a bit better.
Oh, if you actually reduce the size of the control surfaces it actually makes it a bit quicker
