added working AA, 'better steering controls' and most of all, Secondaries

1- launch Seaplane Bomber (should be based on an F1M but of well)
2- 346mm gun controls, Mouse for fore turrets, VTOL traverse on aft-facing turrets, elevation for mouse
3- portside (left) secondaries
4-Starboard (right) secondaries (both are mouse controls, dont worry, they dont overlap with the hull, so no worries shooting yourself)
5- Jettison Seaplane Bombs
6- Portside Anti aircraft guns
7- Starboard Anti aircraft Guns

- damn this build, its great. its worth modifying it even though it lags me so hard
- pardon the bad 127mm Type89 Anti aircraft mount model, im in a hurry because i got events to do
-nothing Historical based, the AA placements and such are not historical based too, i also planned on working with a custom camo, but im yet to learn
- I made some mistakes on port side AA, and on one starboard secondary, pardon that
