The RI Matjan Tutul was a Jaguar-class fast attack craft developed by Lürssen Werft of West Germany in 1957, it had a displacement of 183.4 tons, a length of 42.60m (139 ft 9 in), beam of 7.10 m (23 ft 4 in) and a draught of 2.30 m (7 ft 7 in), it is powered by four Mercedes-Benz MB 518 B diesel engines with 3000PS each driving four propeller shafts connected to three bladed propellers of 1.15 m (3 ft 9 in) diameter, capable of reaching speeds up to 78 km/h, the ship is armed with two Bofors 40 mm/70 Model 1958 guns with 3168 rounds of ammunition, four 533mm torpedo tubes, and had minelaying capability.

8 of these vessels were purchased by the Indonesian Navy in mid 1960, three of these would become infamous for their role in the Battle of Arafura Sea on the 15th January 1962, however the most well known of those three were this vessel, the RI Matjan Tutul, at the last stages of the battle, the Matjan Tutul set course towards the Dutch frigate HNLMS Evertsen as a form of distraction to keep the other Dutch vessels from attacking the other two retreating ship, the Evertsen and another frigate nearby focused their fire on the Matjan Tutul, barraging it with cannon and auto-cannon fire, after suffering several deadly blows to the hull a cannon round managed to detonate an ammunition storage in the middle of the hull, causing an explosion and listed the ship heavily to one side and eventually sinking it, the two other ships managed to escape although one of them suffered an engine failure due to gunfire and it's crew was captured.

In this SP version, I've made the ship as close to the original counterpart aside from the scale, the ship has two cannons, and two machine guns on each side of the bridge, it has torpedo tubes but was not armed with any torpedoes, just like the real thing as the purchase of torpedoes was prohibited back then, the ship can go up to 78 km/h and is relatively agile, and there's a neat little Indonesian flag on the mast of the ship located just behind the main superstructure.
