Sebenco Anti Gravity Scout

5,138 StrykrIV  6.5 years ago

Manufacturer: G-Tech EXDIV
Production: 2097 -2118
Model Year: 2096

The latest development in private military hardware – the AGLV-8 “Sebenco” is a first-generation lightweight antigravity scout car equipped with optional autonomous capabilities. The idea of adapting new antigravity technologies for military use occurred as soon as the technology was born, and the Sebenco is just one of a multitude of military and consumer vehicles to use it.
It makes up for a lack of armour with raw speed to outrun and outmanoeuvre targets – estimates place its max velocity at over 270 miles an hour. The fixed rotation 50mm cannon is potent enough to harass and destroy, and is simple to aim thanks to a laser sight. Air pockets in the twin hulls also let the craft float on water. Autonomous control is untested but the craft can be manned by one person. This model is a pre-production example and isn’t specialised to any environment.

Features:
• Permanent, "bouncy" hovering without the use of VTOL engines
• Simulated gun recoil
• Automatic laser sight for accurate aiming when not in the gun cam
• Amphibious travel

Action Groups:
AG1: activate turret pitch controls.
AG2: Activates secondary gyro. The secondary gyro increases total yaw power to allow for more manoeuvrability at high speed (although low speed stability is reduced). The secondary gyro also turns on the craft pitch controls – this can allow for short sustained flight.
AG3: Front lights.

Views:
Cockpit – generic view. Positioned next to the cannon.
Cam 1 – mounted on the barrel of the cannon.

Controls:
Throttle to accelerate, roll to turn. Space to fire the main cannon.

Other Notes:
Any hard jumps, or jumps at extreme speed, risk damage due to bottoming out.
You’ll probably need to turn on the secondary gyro and pitch up if you want to climb steep hills.

This is the longest description I've ever written, so thanks for sticking around if you're still here...
