The mods have removed a bunch of other guillotines, and I am surprised that this is still up. I have seen leg breakers removed, and a bunch of other stuff.

Good idea. I would build one, but I think the mods would remove it.
add a body with the head attached to a delayed detacher, head falls in basket, releasing a lever that activates the catapult, camera on head, (heck, add a basketball hoop for the head to land in.)
like a rube goldberg-ish machine.
Honestly, I am surprised I have never heard of a guillotine catapult combo shooting off the severed heads.
