The M91 General Purpse Combat Aircraft is Liberty's cheaper, more efficient response to the military front. While maintaining outstanding dogfighting capability, this aircraft is designed to have a smoother, more percise flight at high speeds, as opposed to some of Liberty's previous models. In addition, this aircraft is designed with eight outboard pylons in addition to the main cannon to bring maximum firepower to the front.

AG 1-3: more countermeasures
AG 4-7: jettison pylons (4 is innermost while 7 is outermost)
AG 8: Toggle lights

The low speed roll rate is rather dismal because it is designed for smooth performance at high speeds. It has a high top speed and a very low stall speed.

This ended up looking like an F-16 and a Eurofighter had a baby. If it looks like something that already exists, it was not the intention, that's just how it came out.
Pretty neat though.
