MAE's development of the Reiter Mk. III multi-role fighter signalled a return to form and also marked the release of their [X] for Export series. The aircraft was a further enhancement on the superlative Reiter airframe, coming equipped with an ejector system and plenty of countermeasures to compliment the already supreme manoeuvrability. Furthermore, the powerful engines were upgraded to produce even more low-level thrust, increasing the vehicle's low-altitude super-sonic capabilities. Finally, cockpit visibility and sensor issues were remedied, the results of which were unmatched field of view and target acquisition ability. Such a modern aircraft was intended to be representative of MAE's latest armaments line, the [X] series, an array of warfighting equipment designed to fill the needs of any contemporary armed force.
