Use VTOL to flap wings up and down. The flapping dosen't really make it fly, so I used 2 modded Blasto J15s to make it fly. Also, I realized that while I was making the main wings, the middle part looks like egyptian eyes (see screenshot 3 for more details)

i have a modded fuel tank that holds 9000 gallons of fuel.
Oh, yeah, one more thing I forgot to say is that all of the fuel tanks are modded to have 99 gallons of fuel. There are 2 of them in the plane that have 998 gallons of fuel, though.
