Carlton Lightning Shotgun
The Carlton Lightning is a Paternian pump-action shotgun, manufactured by Carlton Arms as a competitor to the Rocker Arsenal M100 series. Just as customizable as the M100 with options for every detail, the Lightning was renowned for its smooth action and bottom-feed, bottom-eject system. While the Paternian Armed Forces passed the Lightning over for the M100, the Lightning served in some Special Forces units in addition to some law enforcement departments. This particular variant is a Lightning Breacher, a 12-gauge shotgun with a 12" barrel with cylinder choke, 4+1 capacity, muzzle standoff, and no sights, and is only sold to military, police, and approved contractors. This is because a shotgun in this configuration is a firearm with a bore over .50 caliber with no sporting purpose in the eyes of Paternian law, so is thus considered a destructive device. Such is a fitting title, since the only thing this is good for is for jamming it into a door hinge or lock and blasting it off with 12-gauge birdshot or frangible breaching slug.
