Some people think the bumblebee should not be able to fly dew to it's weight and the size of it's wings, but it still can fly. The Bee-52 looks like it shouldn't fly either, but it still does.
To take off vertically: full throttle until in the air, then full forward on VTOL.
To take off horizontally: Full forward on VTOL, then throttle to take off.
