Auto Credit Based on Tuffnut's Invasion Challenge
A modern take on the mobile pillbox, similar to the British WWII Armidillo or Bison trucks used to protect airfields from paratroopers. My version uses an abandoned shipping container, with improvised armor made of gravel similar to above. Four .50 cal machine gun emplacements and a mini gun turret above, although the turret offers minimal protection for the operator. The intent is to deploy these en mass as needed with tractor trailers that can drop these and run before taking any enemy fire. Essetially disposable. VTOL DOWN to unload box. #2 detaches box after unloading. #1 enables VTOL control of turret.
