This beast was a heck of a challenge to build (made more so because I only have an iPhone to build and test it on) and as such I can only mildly guarantee that it will fly level. And the original design of the plane wouldn't keep from diving so I had to use a bit of jet engine trickery.

Takeoff: detacher 1 to drop the VTOL engines then slowly increase the throttle to 100% (no more than 20% at a time), pull back on the stick at 180 mph, and retract landing gear shortly after take off to reduce the nosing-down.

The Kalinin K-7 was a heavy experimental aircraft designed and tested in the Soviet Union in the early 1930s. It was of unusual configuration with twin booms and large underwing pods housing fixed landing gear and machine gun turrets. In the passenger version, seats were arranged inside the 2.3-meter thick wings.

Requested by ElijtheGeat. I'm next going to attempt a smaller mobile-friendly version.

@sabro Read the instructions in the description. Taking off is a bit more complicated for this plane.

That has to be the most Russian airplane I have ever seen in my life. Awesome job replicating the real thing.

I wanted to try it but yours is great. I love the back of the wing rounding smoothly! But feels heavy like the real one would I guess. Nice job
