Well for starters your elevators, they were attached wrongly (The leading and trailing edges were not along the Z axis). Basically you rotated the wings and they didn't work. The second thing I did was to add a simple FT code that manages your AOA(Angle of attack), along with trimming and pitching.

She's better now, add a touch of trim and she will fly straight
