Infact, most armies that are decently modern . . . or are on and defensive footing . . . don't use light tenks.
Basically this tank isn't necessary.
@DankDorito Light tanks nowadays are more of an IFV, or are used solely by units that couldn't field MBTs. Many modern light tanks only mount auto-cannons and are meant to be used along side paratroopers.
