It's hard to expect cheap and stealth at the same time. I once thought about having this fighter as hypersonic, to evade the cost of stealth material and coating, and as an alternative method of being "stealth". But the material to withstand the HEAT during hypersonic travel is even more expensive, so stealth was chosen instead.
