It is what is says! I made it in about 2 days (not in total hours), and with some hiccups along the road, I finally got this! It is used to escort planes on the runway (yes they exist), and I got the idea when playing in multiplayer to have a vehicle to guide the plane while taxiing. Be careful when turning at high speeds, cause it still is an SUV, and not a supercar.
Controls:
AG 1: main lights
AG 2: "Alarm" lights
AG 3: Panic button A.K.A. Gyro
Brake will activate braking lights
