There is an ocean exploration company thats needs a plane to transport divers to certain places that are inaccesable using boats. Your job is to create a plane that can fly well, have a good ampint of fuel, and land easily in water. 6 five star for first, 5 for second, and 4 for third. All entrys receive a five star rating. You can upload a max of 3 planes. Ends sept 1
