That's because 1.5.2 doesn't let you upload with active mods. In order to upload it, I had to turn off the cannons mod.

@Jim1the1Squid you put in the description requires 16lb cannon mod but the ship doesn't have the cannons on it

I had to disable the mod before I uploaded it. I was using 1.5.2 back then.

Then you should have no problems.

The mod is probably outdated, it was the first gun by @Gestour
