It looks rather simple, but trust me... this is much more complex than a lot of my builds.
Step 1: Throttle to 100% and vtol all the way up.
Step 2: Activate group 1.
NOTE: Do not attempt to lift off before the end of the runway.
Step 3: After liftoff, put trim all the way down, wait about 4 seconds then activate group 2.
Step 4: After this you should be able to control the plane while in flight. Activate group 3.
Step 5: Fly! You successfully lifted off and flew.
Landing: Turn off throttle and set vtol back to 0. Activate group 4. You will need to get rid of the propeller so set trim all the way up. You should then slowly decend.

I said this is really complex because you gotta do like 3 things before you hit the ground mid flight.
