The Aeronaut GAM-501 was designed to be a competitor to the A-164 Wipeout which, at the time, was widely used by militaries all around the world. The Aeronaut sported a much higher top speed, a vaster array of guided missiles and rockets, and was armed with Quad 35mm GAUSS cannons capable of piercing even the strongest armour. Introduced in 2031, The GAM-501 was primarily a ground attack aircraft and excelled in this role, outperforming virtually all other hostile military aircraft with its advanced systems which included a 180° lock-on system and a solar-assisted propane fuel equivalent that could keep it in the air much longer than with conventional fuel.
