AERION AS2

This is a model of the Aerion AS2 Supersonic Business Jet. The model recreated is the second iteration of the concept plane in 2017 when Lockheed Martin joined the program.

Takeoff speed (half flaps): about IAS 250 knots
Top speed (5000ft): IAS ~900 knots
Top speed (10000ft): IAS~1000 knots
Top speed (15000ft): IAS~1100 knots
Landing speed (full flaps): <IAS 350 knots

Controls

AG1: Engine no.2 (tail)
AG2: Engine no.1 and no.3 (sides)
VTOL: Flaps down (and up)

Takeoff and Landing

Use only Engine no.2 for takeoff and climb, engage Engine no.1 and no.3 after 5000 ft of altitude (for fuel efficiency reasons).
Use Engine no.2 for landing and use flaps after 400 knots or lower
