Work in Progress My first semi-serious attempt at a completely original larger aircraft. It is comperable in overall size and cruising speed to a Boing 767, yet significantly lighter. Originally it was envisioned it as a single deck passenger airliner that would take advantage of lifting body principals to, in theory, aid in fuel economy. I missed the mark by a bit though. It has several issues I have yet to resolve. It has balance problems in flight, the take off speed is ridiculously high (in excess of 300), it requires an extremely long runway for takeoff, the fuel economy isn't nearly what I was aiming for, and it suffers from wing flutter at plus 700 speeds. I'm hoping that someone more knowledgeable in either real-world aerodynamic principals, or the game mechanics might be able help me solve the issues. I just can't seem to iron out the wrinkles without seriously altering concept integral aspects of the aircraft. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Anyone who wants to take a bash at resolving the issues, please feel free to do so.
