I got a boat, a long, long time ago and saved it. I just now thought about putting wheels on it. No, i didnt create the entire thing, but i did add quite a bit. Press 3 to turn on/off the turning. 1 is to turn on the throttle, and 2 is for different engines for more speed. I also put a modded vtol engine, and added air brakes. I had to make the front alot more ugly because the front wouldnt float with all the extra weight i added. This thing sucks up alot of gas, so i found a better unlimited fuel tank (i posted that a couple of hours ago if you want it because the other one dosent work anymore because of the update)so you wont have to restart because your out of gas.
