Auto Credit Based on Kamilkaze13's Cruiser 2.0
This is a successor to Kamilkaze13's Cruiser 2.0. I fixed some issues and added some things of my own.
Changes include:
1. The outboard engine turned the opposite direction of the rudders. I inverted the turning direction of the engine.
2. The boat was unstable a high speeds. I decreased the range of motion of the outboard to keep it stable.
3. I added a gun turret to the front (credit to rth1131999's patrol boat) and moved the active cockpit to it for a good cockpit view when firing. Activate groups 1-6 in order to shoot. Direction is controlled by the VTOL slider and angle is controlled by pitch.
