The Seeker is a high tech speedboat that took way too long to make (Due to some part of me deciding a high CoT is ok for boats). My current record is about 350 mph (Reached in less than a minute). Launch procedure is simple - just throttle to 100%, but slow down is a little more complicated. Make it gradual - Lower engine power until you reach about 150 mph. At this point you are safe to cut engine and put out airbrakes. The water brake (key 1 + brakes) can be extended below about 80 mph. Extending the airbrakes too early causes the craft to wobble and tip, and extending the water brake early just flips it. Do bear in mind that I haven't stocked her with much fuel.

@Verdnan Yeah. It's too bad aero processing is only on wings in this game, cause I'd love to make a proper lifting body plane (Or a true flying wing) using fuselage.
Would make a cool lifting body.
