A Light reconnaissance aircraft developed in haste by the newly formed country of Oceana.
In the haste of this design they did not take in that the front gear is not center...what a shame.

    I think this is when the XYZ fine tuning came out for mobile, so I was able to nudge pieces into close proximity without auto connecting @Mustang51
