Assault Airship - Innite
[ Innite ]
(Original iteration by @Tsuchiisan, appearance not canon to story yet)
[ Airship #67 ]
An Assault airship serving the Visseriestayn Air Army(predecessor to the now Royal Navy), Innite-class Airships served during the rise of the Industrial Era, typically armed with two .78cal state-of-the-art rotary repeater guns and a single large 18in projector built into it's structure, Innite-class is also equipped with a large blade to ram opposing airships, often ripping the target in half and piercing through their hull; as more and more unrest and resulting in the eventual outbreak of the Grand Rebellion, Innite-class were phased out early in the war for more conventional Aerial Warships after the Battle of Hasnfille that resulted in the major loss of the Visseriestayn Air Army.
{ Controls }
- Throttle, Engines
- AG6, Reverse Thrust
- Yaw, Turning
- Trim, Airship Pitch Control
- VTOL, Ballast Altitude Control
- AG7, Axis Anchoring, halting all current movement to an immediate stop
{ the third testbed, or fourth rather. }
hammering out a few slight kinks with the engine, this is the third testbed I uploaded(or fourth, the other three are unlisted/not finished), so far, no significant problems arise, except on testbed #5, the axis anchor keep crashing the game, this is also why I still think that the engine is not fit for mass use yet, the data and information base for it is still too small, I apologize for that, and I hope that this project will finish sooner, but for now, that is all.
Our God and Country triumphs!!

@nasiihchan yourwelcome
@DISHWASHER2005 many thanks sir
@Samfpanzer yes, I have the story pieces but I have not grounded it yet, but three big key point/events in my world is:
[ Industrial Era ]
the big rise of streamlining production and supplies and the introduction of airships as a weapon of war
[ Grand Rebellion ]
The uprise of many nations against the Visseriestayn Monarchy, with the main one being Nachilvissen Republic and the Liebherwesserien States, resulting in Visseriestayn Monarchy losing the status as the most powerful nation.
[ Great War ]
the arms race of many nations, which despite it's name, most if not only few nations that are fighting their own war, whether it be for possession of an Anomalous Region or reasons alike, however, it is also the war against mass pirating, especially against the Large Pirate group "Icaria" and Privateer group "Spirito Della Signora" which grows bigger by the day.
also yes, although it is more an 19th century pre dreadnoughts vs pre dreadnoughts hence "Crossing the T", although the broadsider idea is from an anime called "Last Exile", which had two opposing airship fleets sail broadside to eachother
@nasiihchan I forgot about that factor that I can’t predict the story of your world like in mine it 2023 bit dreadnoughts are still the dominant force in the ocean
All though from what I can tell from what you said I can tell that you have a long list of lore about you world I hope through more post I get to see more of the lore wrote
(I just noticed that going from head to head to broad side is like going from a Roman ship to a 18th century warship)
@SomeSPGuyWhoLikesLore he may have thought it that while making this
@Samfpanzer by conventional in the story so far, I mean warships that integrate turret mounts within the airship, introducing the new era of broadside warfare instead of front-to-front warfare, where if one manages to cross the T, will get the upper hand in the battle, the Battle of Hasnfille I refered here is such example, where the Amaransian State's small navy managed to turn the tide with their newly adopted Luxetas-class Airship, forever changing the way everyone back then fought, and thanks.
The weapons on this is one of the more less conventional design as have to aim the airship it self to aim the weapons (also congratulate on get to silver )
