Fictional lore: Prototype of long-range bomber created by Ziegler Werke in 1942. OKL was looking for bomber for operations over Russia and Mediterranean sea. Ziegler produced prototype and after very intense testing this company offered prototype for testing to OKL. However as in other cases OKL did not want to use planes produced by formerly czechoslovakian factory. Also OKL preffered tactical bombers over strategic capaign against industry of the allies. Later on in 1944 OKL asked Ziegler for the prototype, but the prototype was used as basis for jet-powered bomber (first flight after the war).
