Mcdornell-Douglas-E-26B-Imagined-AAEW-Advanced-Airbone-Early-Warning-aircraft-carrier-simple-model
Wing and tail foldable, landable on aircraft carrier.
Imagine Mcdornell Douglas coorporate with Rython and Antonov just after the 1991 break down, so the former Antonov tech material became quite cheaper than usual. Rython designs the radar, Antonov sells the An-26 tech documents and production certificate like British did with McDonnell Douglas, and McDonnell Douglas gives the general design and produce the plane. An-26-AEW E-26 so could be born. It's designed more advanced and cheaper than E2 series. It uses 5 AESA radars produced by Rython. 2 radars are in the side panel, viewing 120 degrees each. 2 radars are in the back panel. The last radar is in the nose of the plane, avoiding view's blined area in the front. So this plane will perfectly view 360 degrees by electronic scan, which is much more efficient than E2.Its price could be cheaper than E2 because of cheaper tech from Antonov, but its both aerodynamic and radar efficiency are better than E2. So it would be an extremely strong competitor with E2.
Countermeasures added.
Equipped with 4800-hp lycoming T55-714 engine on chinook.
Activate group 1 to get down landing hook for carrier landing, deactivate group 8 to fold the wings and the tail.
Motivation for this new model: to have a lower height for this plane, so that after folding, it could be stored in French aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle.
Wing folded size: 25.7m*11.6m*5.8m, it's similar with E2, but have better radar possibilities than E2.
Estimated cruise time: 6 hours for 3000km.
