Boeing 2707
This is a neat aeroplane. It was designed by Boeing, in competition with Lockheed Martin and other American aeroplane manufacturers, specifically to combat Aerospatiale and BAC's Concorde (https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/19BT3j/Concorde). It was supposed to be capable of (I think) over Mach 2.4, making it potentially more than 0.2 mach faster than Concorde. One of its most notable features, in my opinion, was its swing-wing design. This would allow it to takeoff at speeds lower than Concorde, which would save fuel on the runway.Controls: Trim for the wings, VTOL for the droop snoot. Other than that, it floes like a regular plane. Drop the nose for takeoff, then raise it when the plane is airborne, along with the gear. When you you approach supersonic speeds, pull the wings back. NOTE: The trim and VTOL should ONLY go down. It shouldnt break the plane if you pull them up, but pull it down for best results.
