@Blazeinfinity reddit is a blog of blogs, so to say. In SP community, we often use it for the short term communication. For longer term communication, we usually use Google hangouts messenger.
@Blazeinfinity teasers are easy to make. You put pictures on imgur.com, copy their direct link, make a forum post saing  and it will show the picture. Same goes for picture comments. You have to do it separately for each picture you want to post.
