Start on runway with physics on medium im not sure of this works for high or low but wait a second after loading in and just watch what happens, please explain

This is a glitch in the game. The game tries to keep it in one place but it can't because When the sides move down the rockets tend to glitch into the blocks that it's on. And when it glitches it hits other thing pretty hard that it explodes.
