@Spacedoge12345plane I've downloaded a scenery/designer mod. Then, if you're in Windows, search for the folder "Users". Select the folder with your Windows username, then open "AppData". There you find a folder, "LocalLow". Open it. In there, click the subfolder "Jundroo", then "SimplePlanes", then "Mods". You insert the mod there. It's probably a file with the ".spmod" designation.
