Micro CruiseMissile AGM-2.3 Stingray
This is the result of hours of testing with cruise missile designs. I used the new scaling functionality (together with the finetuner mod by HellFireKoder and some manual XML-modding) to hand you a very effective and yet extremely small and lightweight weapon to use in your daily fights against fleets of aircraft carriers and destroyers or highly secured enemy territory.
It is self propelled and can fly as long as the fuel of your plane, vehicle or whatever you launch it from, lasts.
How to use:
First you should switch to one of the inbuilt cameras, there is one Chase-cam and one First-Person-cam.
Then you have to detach it and activate the systems of the cruise missile, this is both done with AG1 by default.
When the cruise missile is in a quite stable flight and starts to drop it's nose, push the VTOL-slider fully upwards to fold the wings out and increase engine throttle.
Now control it with pitch and roll to guide it into the target. You can also use the TRIM-slider to trim the pitch and make it go straight.
If enemy anti-missile defences are in your target area, aim the nose of the cruise missile towards them and launch countermeasures with AG2 to distract them.
It goes at a speed of around Mach 1 or a bit above even. The warhead consists of three Boom 50s that have been scaled down in size and weight. They still deal the same damage though and you can instantly take out the USS Beast and the defence system infront of the IceBase with one hit.
Feel free to equip your existing and future creations with it!
Feedback and suggestions are appreciated!
Cheers! :)
