Houses like this were built in 19th century and in the beginning of 20th century. Now you can see many this houses in Russian, Ukrainian (Outskirt) and Belorussian (White-Russian) villages.
This house isn't empty, I made kitchen. Use special camera to see the kitchen inside. AG1 opens the door, AG3 is for stove. Usually this room was a bedroom too, because people could sleep on the stove.
I thought, it will bee very boring if it will be only an unmoving object, so it can fly. Use AG7, Trottle and Pitch/Roll/Yaw (like old helicopters (before 1.8)).
