Island Hopper 2

The Island Hopper is a small plane to get up to 8 people from one Island to the next.
It has 2 engines and this version is fuel cell driven.
(The two engines are actually helicopter rear rotors.)

Flying:
Normal Flight controls.
AG1 : On
AG2 : Doors
AG3 : Auto Pilot
Trim : Trim
VTOL : Flaps
Use the switches “1” and “2” to switch on the engines.
There is also a distance-display and a trip-computer which becomes extremely useful when flying in clouds when using the weather mod.

The buttons and switches and levers can of course be used as well.

The gauges and displays are metric.

The plane is very easy to fly. Takeoff and landing speeds are around 200 km/h.
Use the flaps for shorter takeoff and landing distance.
The auto pilot simply keeps the wings level, course corrections can be made with the buttons “L” or “R”. Use “Trim” to correct or keep the altitude.
The button “R” resets the trip computer.
Always keep the engine-RPMs below 4000 rpm!
