The Harbin A-9 is the fastest plane developed by Harbin Aeronautics, with top speeds reaching up to 1250 miles per hour, or "Mach 1 and 1/2," as the ceo calls it. It was mainly made to improve the design of the A-4 LaPierre, however instead has become its own aircraft due to the vast amount of changes made to it.
