F-19N

The F-19N is a Navy Interceptor aircraft specially developed for the BMDF Aircraft Carriers.

The F-19N will replace the old F-15BN, F-18BN and F-14BFs in the Navy.

Development

BMDF Bought Large Volumes of F-15s, F-18s and F-14s in the late 1990s

These planes had different missions, while the F-15s were used as fighter-bombers, the F-18s were used as fighters, and the F-14s were used as interceptors.

Since the BMDF's mission was not direct attack, the supply and maintenance of this large aircraft inventory took a large part of the Navy's budget, which prevented the development of new naval systems and sometimes caused the maintenance of old ships to be disrupted.

That's why the navy has long wanted to withdraw all these planes from service and operate with a single plane.

This request of the Navy wanted to be solved with F-15BNs first, because the Federation spent a lot of money to make these planes to be used for the Navy and also spent a lot of time to give the BMDF the desired performance.

However, since the Admirals wanted a domestically produced aircraft instead of the F-15BN, the Federation considered a naval version of the F-13 and produced several prototypes, but the F-13 failed to meet the navy's demands.

Therefore, the AADF project, which was produced for Isido but was canceled when the war started, was produced for the BMDF and entered service as the F-19N.

General characteristics

Firepower:
The aircraft can carry 4 long-range and 6 short-range AAMs in Multirole configuration.

It can also carry 4 AGMs.

In fighter-bomber missions, free-falling munitions are used instead of LRAAMs and AGMs.

In interception missions, SRAAM and AGMs are completely dismantled and replaced with LRAAMs.

Maneuverability

The maneuverability and speed of the navy version of the aircraft are limited

In the AADF project developed for the IAF, the aircraft was much faster and more agile.
